EastEnders spoilers – Linda confronts Janine about car crash clue

EastEndersJanine Butcher will fear being caught next week, if an incriminating lead about the car accident comes to light.

Linda’s life was on the line earlier in the summer after her involvement in a dramatic car accident with Janine.

Linda has been led to believe she was drunk at the time of the accident, and as a result, she now faces serious police charges.

The viewers, of course, know that Janine was actually behind the wheel, but then put Linda in the driver’s seat so that it looked like she had been driving under the influence.

Linda will share the date for her upcoming court hearing with Mick in next week’s episodes, expressing concern about the outcome.

When Janine is left shocked after an argument with Stuart, Mick rushes to her rescue – much to Janine’s frustration.

Linda begins to get emotional at the prospect of being separated from Annie after she takes her first steps for her and Mick.

Overcome with emotion, they almost kiss, but are interrupted by Jada.

Mick is then distracted by thoughts of Linda, while Janine desperately tries to get his attention.

Determined to support her, Mick asks Linda to go over the exact events of the accident and encourages her to check her call log online.

In addition, Mick and Linda soon discover that Linda called The Vic that evening, causing Janine to panic.

With Linda still convinced she’s going to jail, she’s moving forward by writing future birthday cards for all the kids.

However, she gets another curveball when Sharon reveals that she was at The Vic the day of the accident and knows who answered Linda’s call.

Armed with new information, Linda confronts Janine about the phone call that Mick attended, but what will Janine say?

Linda decides to make the most of the time she has later in the week and proposes a carnival party at The Vic, much to Mick’s delight.
