A clip of Kylian Mbappe grilling his Paris Saint-Germain team-mate Achraf Hakimi over a bad pass during the 2021-2022 season has gone viral.

Amazon Prime video captured the pair discussing Hakimi’s quirky pass while in the tunnel during halftime of PSG’s match.

Mbappe was openly critical of Hakimi, telling the 23-year-old that it wasn’t good enough to regret his lackluster effort and that he should watch the footage again.

Mbappe approached Hakimi in the tunnel during halftime of their LIgue 1 match. He was criticized by his PSG teammate for a bad pass.

Mbappe seemed quite furious about the situation and told Hakimi to look back at the footage to understand his mistake.

The France international said: ‘I swear, watch the video’. To which Hakimi calmly replied, “If so, sorry.”

However, Mbappe snapped back at his teammate by saying: ‘It’s not enough to be sorry, give a good ball!’

The incident came at a time when people had doubts about relations within the Paris Saint-Germain team.

For example, Mbappe’s relationship with Neymar has been scrutinized after Lionel Messi’s arrival from Barcelona last year.

Mbappe’s relationship with the Brazilian star has reportedly turned tense following the arrival of the Argentina international.

The tension between the pair has spilled over into the 2022-2023 campaign. The two argued on the pitch in PSG’s clash with Montpellier earlier this season when Neymar refused to let Mbappe take a penalty.

The Frenchman had already missed one earlier in the game, but Neymar scored from the spot in the 5-2 win.

Despite appearances, Mbappe closed the gap between him and Neymar. He said: ‘This is Neymar’s sixth year. We’ve always had that kind of relationship, based on respect, but sometimes with warmer and colder moments.

“It’s the nature of our relationship. I have a lot of respect for the player he is. When you have two players with such a strong character, you have those moments, but always with respect and in the interest of PSG.’

Fans have also criticized Mbappe’s ‘shocking attitude’ after he threw a noose on the pitch during PSG’s duel with Montpellier.

Vitinha brought the ball out from behind and had the choice between Mbappe on the left or Lionel Messi on the right.

PSG’s new midfield signing chose to go wide for Messi, where France international Mbappe threw his hands in the air and slowed down.

Achraf Hakimi eventually fired his shot wide, but there was clearly room for a winger to shoot in on the opposite flank, where Mbappe could have been if he had kept running forward on the counterattack.
